Instructions

 

Go to the admin page by entering http://yoursitename.com/admin

 

Once in the control panel you can enter a new username and password

You can also enter the e-mail address that will be used by the software to send you emails from users who wish to contact you via the contact page.

 

Next, enter the key word that will be used as the main topic for your web site, The software will use this key word to populate the web site with hundreds, or even thousands of related videos.

 

The software will also use the keyword to retrieve thousands of tags that will be placed next to the videos and throughout the web site.  Next the software will use the same key word to retrieve related news stories through the use of RSS feeds.  Think about this, with a couple of strokes of your keyboard, you have been able to create a web site that contains thousands of videos, with hundreds of pages, related key word tags, and related news stories.

 

To further enhance the search engine optimization you can enter up to four additional keywords.  hese will appeal are as links to related videos in the right column of the site. Next, you can use AdSense to monetize the site.  Simply type in your Adsense publisher ID.

Next, go to the templates page. Here you can select the theme for your web site.  Simply click on any of the included themes by clicking on the icon which represents the theme you want for your site.  The selected icon will be highlighted with a border.  There are 12 attractive themes included with the basic edition of Domain Sizzler.  Want it to look completely different?  No problem!  We can create a custom theme for you!

 

Use the included WYSIWYG editor to enter text for your header and your footer.  You can easily change the format of the text, including the font, size, color , and  position. If you wish to add images to your header, simply scroll down to the bottom of the page, and use the convenient upload feature to browse your computer for a suitable image.  You can add an image to the left side of the header, the right side, or both sides.  Images selected will overlay the existing header graphics.  Additionally, you can easily substitute the entire header and footer with custom graphics by using FTP to upload your images.  We can also supply custom graphics if so desired.

 

Then simply click submit, your values will be saved. The basic web site is now ready to go.
